Bella Costa 30A is located within Cypress Breeze Plantation neighborhood, where we hope you will enjoy your time, pool, and being close to the beach! Minimum age to rent is 25 yrs old! No college Spring break trips are allowed, regardless of age of the primary renter. All furniture and housewares are expected to be left in undamaged condition. Nothing should be taken from the property (with exception of reading library & welcome basket contents). No additional guests (beyond # booked) allowed without written permission of host. Our Cypress Breeze community is governed by Covenants, Conditions, & Restrictions. Please familiarize yourself with these SUMMARIZED RULES to ensure compliance while enjoying our community of homes tucked away just beyond the 30A beaches of South Walton County Florida. ALL GUESTS AND VISITORS MUST COMPLY WITH ALL RULES and any other instructions from the host during their stay. Guests are responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times. No additional overnight visitors are permitted. Renters are responsible for the conduct of guests they invite. QUIET HOURS are from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM; BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR. Walton County quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM and the Walton County Sheriff’s Office enforces the noise ordinance. TRASH SERVICES are provided Mondays & Thursdays. Keep trash bins stored and secure until service day. POOL HOURS & RULES: Pool hours are from 8:00AM - 10:00PM. Pool rules will be shared in the welcome guide and a complete list of pool rules is also posted at the pool. Violation of any pool rule may result in the suspension of the pool access. The pool is not heated. SPEED LIMIT: Drive slowly & keep our neighborhood safe. Obey all stop signs and the posted speed limit of 15 mph within the neighborhood. As a family-oriented community, children, bikes and pedestrians use the roads throughout the day and night. Please drive like your children live here. GOLF CARTS/MOTORIZED VEHICLES: USE CAUTION & RESPECT TRAFFIC RULES. Please ensure all vehicles including golf carts or other low speed vehicles (LSV) obey all stop signs and the posted speed limit. Golf cart users in the state of Florida are required to be licensed drivers, including on private roads. As a reminder, you cannot operate LSVs on any road that has speed greater than 35 mph in Florida. Do not drive or park on any lawns or sidewalks! Owner provided waiver, copy of drivers license, and damage deposit is required for use of golf cart, and must be signed and returned before arrival. Must be 18 to operate golf cart. Please NOTE: Florida law requires all children ages 3 or younger to be secured in a car seat while riding on a cart. Booster seats are encouraged for children 4 or older. RENTER ACKNOWLEDGES THEY ARE RENTING A HOME AND NOT A GOLF CART. If cart is unavailable at time of rental or during stay due to repair or maintenance, renter shall receive a $25 credit per day. Owner can not supply a replacement golf cart. PARK IN ASSIGNED DRIVEWAY. NO OVERNIGHT STREET PARKING. All residents are limited to the number of parking spaces within their driveways. No parking is allowed anywhere on a home’s grass/yard. TRAILERS/BOATS/RECREATIONAL VEHICLES must be stored OFF SITE. Boats, personal watercraft, and trailers may not be parked on the home's lot or driveway.

Three stories of pool-side beach house with multiple indoor-outdoor living areas, patios, balconies and grilling area. Enjoy relaxing by the grill or serving up your best game with our outdoor tournament ping-pong table. Private parking in the driveway is available for four full-size vehicles. On the ground floor, you’ll find the home’s main entrance foyer and the large bunk room with two twin over full-size bunks and two full-size trundle beds complete with plenty of entertainment space, two large storage closets and full-size bathroom. You will also have access to the garage and the 6-person golf cart, beach chairs and toys along with your second full-size refrigerator and freezer for all your extra drinks and ice. On the 2nd level, you will find the home’s main entertainment and living spaces which includes the kitchen-living-dining area, card-game table, and a large balcony with amazing views of the resort style pool and a table with seating for eight. The 2nd level also features plenty of storage, laundry room, and a guest half bathroom. The master suite is located on level three and features a king size bed, private work and lounge space, private balcony with pool view, and a large walk-in closet that can double as an infant room with the provided pack-n-play. The master suite private bathroom is spacious and includes dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub! Also located on the 3rd floor are two large guest bedrooms each with a king-size bed and a shared full bathroom. Each bedroom has large smart flat screen TVs and plenty of closet storage. The beach is just a short 4-minute golf cart ride. Once outside the gated neighborhood, you will find a convenient and safe walking path alongside the roadway all the way to the beach. In just a 1/2-mile, you'll find the Gulf Place Beach access with rest rooms and lifeguards on duty during peak season. Along with the beach, Gulf Place offers plentiful shopping and dining options. LongLeaf Pine Trailhead is just a mile from the house and you'll have easy access to bike and hiking trails.
